Classic Perm Price

In a classic perm, the hair is wrapped on rods horizontally around the entire head. Almost any hair length (as long as it's at least 2 inches long) can be a good fit for a classic perm. The finished look is voluminous, uniformly curly, and the curls can be as tight or loose as you'd like.
